According to NBC News, the Judge has reinstated the 3rd degree murders charges in the George Floyd murder trail. Ex-cop Derek Chauvin, who is already charged with second-degree murder, which carries a maximum sentence of 40 years, as well as second-degree manslaughter. (read more)
